North Carolina African-American Homeschoolers is not a support group. Rather, we are an online networking and information portal for African-American home school families. We also serve families who have adopted African-American children.

NCAAH does not plan to create affiliate chapters or local support groups. Instead, we would rather see a group of like-minded families come together and form support groups with the autonomy and independence that we feel support groups should have.

That said, please use our regional message board and Yahoo! discussion group to meet families in your area. Plan to get together, take field trips, schedule educational activities and form a regular support group. When you form a group let us know about it and we will post it to the site.
